Website Returns Policy
Please contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return an item before posting it. This must be done within 14 days.
All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of the receipt.
All items must be returned unworn and in brand new condition as we can not accept scratched or damaged products for refund or exchange.
All items must be returned with their original packaging, instructions, guarantees and other extras.
Also include either a copy of the invoice or a cover letter including the order number and name.
All items that have been specifically re-sized or adjusted for you can not be returned.
Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

The returned item will be inspected and a full refund issued once this inspection has been passed. This will be done as soon as possible and no later than 10 days from receiving the item.
Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
If an Item develops a fault within the the time period of the manufacturer's warranty we advise that you deal directly with the manufacturer as returning an item to us first can delay a repair by 4-6 weeks. As we don't stamp watch guarantee/warranty cards a copy of your invoice will act as proof of purchase for any warranty issues.
Please note that generally watch manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only from the date of purchase. Bracelets, straps, batteries, glasses and stones are not usually covered under the manufacturer's guarantee.
For jewellery and most accessories the manufacturer's warranty only covers you against defects that exist when you receive your item.
